KSU is formulated specifically for the demands of motorcycle road racing — sustained focus, heat-management hydration, and endurance support over multi-hour sessions. Regular energy drinks rely on sugar spikes and high caffeine that cause crashes. KSU uses natural caffeine, a complete electrolyte matrix, and B-vitamins for clean, sustained performance.

It depends on the variant. KSU Original and KSU Endurance are designed for pre-ride and during-session use (30 minutes before and sipped during breaks). KSU Recovery is formulated for the 30–60 minute window after your last session. Check each product page for the recommended protocol.

KSU is designed with heat-management in mind. The electrolyte profile helps offset losses from sweating under leathers. That said, KSU is a performance supplement, not a medical product. Always maintain overall hydration with water and consult a healthcare professional if you have specific health concerns. This is not medical advice.

KSU's ingredients are sourced with competition in mind and do not contain substances banned under common motorsport and sport regulations. However, athletes competing under specific governing bodies (FIM, WERA, CCS, etc.) should review their organization's banned substance list and consult with their team or a sports nutritionist before use. We cannot guarantee compliance with every governing body's rules.

KSU Original contains 150mg of natural caffeine per serving, KSU Endurance contains 200mg, and KSU Recovery contains 0mg (caffeine-free to support sleep and overnight recovery). All caffeine in KSU products is derived from green tea extract.
